Focussed on short lead times and low run packing options we see no need for high volume packing demanded by many co packers. We can pack jobs from as low as 50 units right through to what you demand!
PACKFILL has responded, providing a flexible and bespoke contract packing service for UK based clients within the UK food sector. It’s a perfect fit for Food Start Ups and Established Brands.
Our SALSA approved packing facility has invested in state of art filling and sealing equipment. This means clients get products packed and to market, on time and in volumes that suit them. We provide short lead times and no minimum order quantities!
Typical projects include replenishing client stocks, packing for promotional campaigns as well as supporting new product launches.
PACKFILL’s aim- take the strain out of any co packing demands for dry and ambient goods.

Our services are aimed at packing dry and ambient products into a range of pre made packaging formats. Typically powders such as supplements, spice blends and ingredients mixes as well as confectionery items and even tablets. And comimg soon, our sights are ocussed on the ability to flowrap and form fill seal.

Packing into your own bespoke printed pouches, tubs or jars for example – our machinery is aligned to fill with accuracy and speed.
We managed project with a carefully developed “JOB SHEET and APPROVAL” process under our SALSA accreditation standard. Meaning we understand exactly what you need with controls in place that are approved by you.
